About our Villa

Villa Carbon Residence is located in Istria, in the beautiful town of Labin. The Istrian peninsula offers numerous sights and attractions that should not be missed – and Labin is definitely one of them. The Adriatic coast is famous for its stunning scenery, sunny Mediterranean climate, and the clear, blue Adriatic Sea. If you are looking for a peaceful and luxurious retreat for yourself and your loved ones, this is the perfect place!

Facilities

This exclusive villa offers the highest level of comfort and a stylish ambiance on 375 m² of living space and a 2,000 m² plot. The spacious living area invites you to relax with a corner sofa, TV, and piano. A fully equipped modern kitchen and a dining area for up to ten guests make the villa ideal for social evenings.

In total, there are five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Two rooms feature double beds and luxurious bathtubs, while the other three have single beds and modern showers. Additionally, there is a single bed in the basement and a separate guest toilet.

The wellness and entertainment area leaves nothing to be desired: a Finnish sauna with panoramic views, a terrace with a whirlpool and outdoor bed, as well as a game room with PlayStation, table tennis, foosball, and darts ensure both relaxation and fun. The villa also includes a fitness room and a wine cellar.

The outdoor area is equally impressive. A 60 m² infinity pool with ten sun loungers, a covered terrace with dining table, a cozy lounge corner, and a charcoal smoker offer plenty of opportunities for enjoyment and relaxation. For children, there is a playground with a trampoline, swings, and a playhouse. The fully fenced property also provides six private parking spaces.

For maximum convenience, the villa features Starlink internet, Bose ceiling speakers, air conditioning in all rooms, as well as a washing machine, dryer, and iron. Upon request, a baby cot and high chair are available.

As a special highlight, guests can enjoy aromatherapy products for health and well-being, along with a unique interior design that incorporates elements from Labin’s mining history.
