Facilities
Villa Amneris is an attractive, fully renovated Istrian stone villa. It is situated on an elevated plot in a quiet part of Labin, on a private 1,500 m² property offering unique views of the cultivated fields and picturesque town of Labin. The harmoniously landscaped and well-maintained grounds include a covered parking space for two vehicles, a 38 m² outdoor saltwater pool with Roman steps, an Istrian konoba (traditional stone dining area), three covered terraces with seating and dining furniture, a barbecue fireplace, a children’s playground, and a bocce court.
The villa with pool, suitable for 4–5 guests, has 115 m² of living space and is furnished in a modern style with typical Istrian details. It comprises a kitchen, a living room with dining area, two double bedrooms – one with a double bed and one with a double bed and a single bed – a bathroom with shower and WC, and a separate guest toilet.
The beautifully designed konoba, especially attractive as it is partially built on natural rock, features another fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and corner seating, as well as a separate WC.
